1. Nature of collaboration
Approval as an EasyLatih trainer collaborator allows EasyLatih to consider the trainer and approved programmes for public, in-house, online or customised training opportunities. Approval does not create an employment relationship, exclusivity, guaranteed assignment, minimum training volume or guaranteed income. Trainers who do not currently hold HRD Corp TTT or an official TTT exemption may remain in the EasyLatih waiting list and may still be considered for other suitable non-training work where separately agreed.
2. Programme approval
Programme ideas remain subject to EasyLatih review. EasyLatih may request amendments to title, target audience, learning outcomes, course structure, duration, pricing position or supporting information before eTRiS registration or website publication. Publication does not guarantee that a programme will be scheduled or sold.
3. Accuracy and professional standing
The trainer is responsible for ensuring submitted qualifications, experience, certificates, professional claims, course information and availability are accurate and current. Material changes that may affect suitability or compliance should be disclosed promptly.
4. Training opportunities and award
EasyLatih may broadcast an opportunity to multiple matching trainers. Trainers may indicate interest, availability, fee and remarks through the portal. EasyLatih may select a trainer based on client requirements, expertise, availability, commercial fit, past performance and other relevant considerations. Only a formal award or confirmation from EasyLatih constitutes appointment for that assignment.
5. Trainer fee and payment
Trainer fee, reimbursable expenses, invoicing requirements and payment timing for each assignment will be stated or confirmed separately for that engagement. A trainer should not assume that a proposed fee is accepted until EasyLatih confirms the appointment and commercial terms.
6. Client confidentiality and relationship
Client information, requirements, contacts, pricing, proposals and opportunity details received through EasyLatih are confidential and should be used only for the relevant engagement. A trainer should not independently solicit or bypass EasyLatih in relation to an opportunity or client specifically introduced through EasyLatih, except where EasyLatih has agreed otherwise in writing or where an independently existing relationship has been disclosed and accepted.
7. Training materials and intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed for a specific engagement, trainers retain ownership of original training materials they create. The trainer grants EasyLatih a limited right to use approved programme titles, descriptions, learning points, trainer biography and reasonable excerpts or previews necessary to market, propose, administer and deliver the relevant programme. Client-specific deliverables or jointly developed materials may be governed by separate written terms.
8. Professional photo, biography and marketing consent
By submitting a professional trainer photo after approval and accepting the relevant consent, the trainer authorises EasyLatih to use the submitted photo, name, professional biography and approved credentials for the trainer profile, programme pages, proposals, brochures, posters, social media and other marketing materials directly related to EasyLatih programmes or the trainer's collaboration with EasyLatih. EasyLatih should not materially alter credentials or create misleading endorsements.
9. Conduct and delivery standard
Trainers are expected to be punctual, professional, prepared, respectful of participants and clients, and to deliver the agreed content and learning outcomes. EasyLatih may retain internal performance notes and participant/client feedback for quality assurance and future trainer selection.
10. Cancellation, replacement and changes
Assignment-specific cancellation, postponement or replacement arrangements will follow the terms communicated for the relevant programme or client. Trainers should notify EasyLatih promptly if circumstances affect confirmed availability. EasyLatih may request a reasonable replacement plan or supporting handover where appropriate.
11. HRD Corp, eTRiS and compliance
Where a programme is registered, claimed or administered under HRD Corp or another scheme, the trainer agrees to provide accurate information and reasonable supporting documents required for programme registration, trainer records, attendance, assessment or audit. EasyLatih retains control over what is submitted under EasyLatih's training-provider account.
12. Personal data, PDPA and supporting documents
Trainer personal data and documents are processed according to the EasyLatih Personal Data Protection Notice (PDPA) / Notis Perlindungan Data Peribadi. This includes account data, IC/passport information, qualifications, professional records, HRD Corp TTT or exemption evidence, CV/resume, profile photo, portal activity and other information reasonably required for collaboration, compliance or payment. Trainers should only upload documents reasonably requested for these purposes.
13. Optional consultancy profile
Participation in the EasyLatih consultant pool is optional and separate from trainer activation. A trainer may indicate consultancy areas, expected deliverables and an indicative rate. Inclusion in the consultant pool does not guarantee consultancy work, and the final scope, deliverables, fee, confidentiality requirements and commercial terms for any consultancy assignment will be agreed separately.
14. Suspension and termination
Either party may stop future collaboration. EasyLatih may suspend or deactivate a trainer profile or programme for material misrepresentation, repeated quality issues, breach of confidentiality, compliance concerns, client complaints, non-response or other reasonable operational grounds. Existing confirmed engagements remain subject to their specific terms unless otherwise agreed.
15. Version and acceptance record
The portal records the version and timestamp of accepted collaboration terms. If EasyLatih makes material changes, trainers may be asked to review and accept a new version before receiving or accepting further assignments.
16. Governing law
These collaboration terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before pursuing other remedies available under law.
