EasyLatih Terms of Use

1. Website and portal use

You may use EasyLatih's website and portal only for lawful purposes connected with training, trainer collaboration, consultancy, programme enquiries, registrations or other services offered by EasyLatih.

2. Account responsibility

Portal users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, providing accurate information and promptly updating material changes to their profile, availability, contact details or professional standing.

3. No guarantee of engagement

Creating an account, submitting a programme proposal, joining a trainer or consultant pool, or being shortlisted does not guarantee approval, engagement, assignment, minimum volume of work or income from EasyLatih.

4. Content submitted to EasyLatih

You confirm that information, programme descriptions and documents you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them. You must not upload confidential, infringing, unlawful, malicious or misleading material.

5. Portal decisions

EasyLatih may review, request clarification, shortlist, retain for future demand, approve, reject, unpublish, suspend or close submissions and opportunities according to operational, commercial, client, compliance and quality considerations.

6. Security and misuse

You must not attempt to access another user's data, bypass access controls, scrape restricted portal content, interfere with the service, submit malicious code or use the portal for unauthorised solicitation.

7. Personal data and PDPA

Personal data is handled according to the EasyLatih Personal Data Protection Notice (PDPA) / Notis Perlindungan Data Peribadi. Required registration or onboarding fields are used only for the purposes described in that notice and applicable collaboration processes.

8. Trainer collaboration

Where a trainer is approved to collaborate, the separate Trainer Collaboration Terms apply in addition to these Terms of Use.

9. Changes and suspension

EasyLatih may update portal features or these terms, or temporarily restrict access where reasonably required for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective version and may require renewed acceptance where appropriate.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute should first be raised with EasyLatih in good faith so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter before pursuing any available legal remedy.
